Seoul Garden @ City Square Mall

Seoul Garden is a Korean-styled BBQ restaurant that offers customers a unique self-serving dining experience. Young, and young-at-heart customers will always enjoy the authentic & intense meat-marinades, large spread of fresh buffet items.

We visited the branch at City Square Mall which is one of the few with Ala-Carte Buffet. I thought that the variety of meats were good although they didn’t serve pork which I really enjoy on a hotplate. The meats were nicely marinated and were quite delicious if cooked correctly.

I was surprised that the spread of vegetables were also good. From toufu to greens, to mushrooms. The mushrooms were great on the grill but they were a little stingy with the kim chi and mushrooms, and we had to order them over and over again.

My ratings – Food: 7/10. Service: 7/10. Ambience: 5/10. Value for money: 9/10. Service was a little slow but all-in-all a fun dining experience for groups and gatherings. More about restaurant at www.seoulgarden.com.sg.
