Getting to Pulau Ubin – Take the MRT to Tampines Station (EW2), then take SBS bus 29 to Changi Village bus interchange, followed by a 10-minute boat ride from the Changi Point jetty. Cost of the boat ride is now SGD 2.50 and the service operates from 6.00 am to 11.00 pm.

Bicycle Rentals and seafood restaurants…

The Majority of shops in Ubin does bicycles, seafood, fruits, and drinks. Everybody loves seafood, and what better way to enjoy it than having it by the sea! For only $20 per person, we had a sumtous lunch of steamed crab, black pepper crab, cereal prawns, mango chicken, sambal kang kong, baby kailan, fresh coconuts and beer!
Our trip this round was just for the seafood…

I also took the opportunity to practice taking scenic shots.

Oh, and I couldn’t help myself from taking pictures of these fidler crabs!

I did get a little trigger happy though, and have more photos that i didn’t post here to prevent this post from becoming a novel. So if you want to see all the photos, click here. To see the rest of our trips to Pulau Ubin, click here.
